MIABA Consulting is a company specialized in strategic and operational consulting dedicated to Africa. We are supporting companies, organizations and entrepreneurs willing to establish into the continent or to improve their activities there.

In order to offer you a range of solutions for your projects, our office based in Paris, France is there to understand and analyze your needs. That is not enough though to offer you the best service. That is why we have our African footprint with offices in West Africa (Dakar, Senegal and Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire) and Central Africa (Yaounde, Cameroon).

Governance

Jean Eyoum, Founder and Partner, in charge of Paris office

Jean is the founder of MIABA Consulting. He is based in Paris. He has a double competence in international business development and supply chain. He worked for multiple companies from very small ones to global ones (MSC, HAPAG-LLOYD). He worked in several sectors such as sea freight and airfreight, electronics or industrial packaging. These missions led him to work overseas (Canada, USA, Ivory Coast) and for companies from different origins (French, American, Italian, Dutch, German). He interacted with people from all around the world and managed to adapt to their specific business cultures. He is quite comfortable in international trade from purchasing to sales. However, his favorite playground is Africa where he built an important network through his missions and connections.

Fréjus Lingue, Associate, in charge of West Africa and Central Africa

Fréjus is a senior consultant with a focus on strategy, operations and finance toward public and private sectors. His rich background includes strategic studies, market studies, M&A, building of business plans and operational modeling, operational excellence. Fréjus is based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He is in charge of the activities of MIABA Consulting in West and Central Africa. Fréjus is certified FMVA (Financial Modeling Valuation Analyst) and PMP (Project Management Professional).
